Prices may vary depending on the house’s size. We usually adapt our services according to each of our clients’ needs.
Our usual prices are: $130, $140, $150, $160, $180, $200, $250, $300, up to $400.
We also offer hourly rates depending on the size of the house:
$50 hourly
$60 hourly
$100 hourly
We also offer to charge per room. For example:
Kitchen = $30
Living room = $25
Bathroom = $30
Bedroom = $15
Weekly, bi-weekly, once a month.

Living room: dust, polish furniture, vacuum couch, organize cushions, dust fans and air conditioner, clean mirrors.

KITCHEN
Sink: unclog and polish
Microwave: inside and outside clean
Fridge: polish outside
Cabinets: polish
Stove: outside clean
Floor: dust and mop
BATHROOM
Clean mirror, floor, toilet inside and outside, sink, shower head.
We do not clean dirt spots on the walls due to offering maintenance cleaning.
We request all our clients to prepare the house beforehand so we can perfectly execute our job. Children’s toys, as well as pets’ toys, must be inside their boxes so everything is organized. We pride ourselves in offering cleaning services that will leave your home perfectly clean and smelling good.
